Andi Trindle Mersch

Coffee industry experience: 27 F/T years. A Sustainability lens has been built into my work since 2003, which I've converted to a focus in the last 5. My background within the industry began part-time behind the espresso bar and includes cupping, training, green coffee trading (sell and buy), operations, leadership, and writing. I have lectured and taught workshops on many aspects of the specialty coffee industry both nationally and internationally. I also author trade journal articles and volunteer broadly in my industry. I have served on the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCA) board, the Roasters Guild Executive Council, the International Coffee Women's Alliance (Past President), and currently serve on the Food 4 Farmers board (term begins July 2017).
